Morazinc is a two-component, polyamine based zinc rich primer with high volume solid. High zinc dust content inside provides cathodic protection on metal surface. Zinc dust content of dry film thichness of the paint is suitable according to SSPC-Paint 20, Level 2 and ISO 12944. High anticorrive protection is achieved in heavy corrosive environments by the application of suitable topcoats. The mixture shall be stirred before and during the application in order to prevent settling of zinc dust to the bottom of the drum. Second coat application is not recommended. For repairing purposes of the coating, 2-K surface tolerant epoxy mastic primers can be applied. Before topcoat application, the primer shall be waited for the flash-off time.
